"This is the second watch I've purchased this year. Issy was very helpful. The Hublot was perfect, fabulous price, and shipping was fast. I'll be back."
"Watchmaxx.com shipped my order within one business day of processing and I received it the morning after it was shipped as per my chosen shipping method. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The product came nicely wrapped and was pristine and authentic."
"Only had my watch a few days but so far nothing but positive things to say. Watch came within the time it was expected. Arrived in the Longines box with all original instructions, etc. The first time I actually saw the watch in person was when it arrived. It was all I was hoping for. The Watchmaxx price, warranty and user feedback was what made me use them. I contacted Watchmaxx a couple of times prior to the watch arriving to check on delivery, sizing, etc. All reps were patient and professional. I certainly would recommend Watchmaxx to anyone who might ask."
Top price quality time piece and speedy secured delivery
"Being a TB12 fan I found this watch on the watchmaxx site. I did a reasonable offer and the response came back within the mentioned 24 hours.
I did my transfer asap and again in less than 24 hours I am a happy TB12 fan with a TB Tag Hueur time piece.
Amazing...."
"Ordered a Tag Heuer Watch on 5.16.19 and received it via UPS to my Cincinnati area home on 5.20.19. I opted for the $ 15.00 expedited domestic shipping. The watch arrived packaged very well and as Watchmaxx noted was contained in the original Tag Heuer Case along with all customary manufacturer's paperwork and manual and as expected was in pristine new condition; because it was. I have a high level of confidence of purchasing via the gray market for I purchased my first Tag Heuer Watch about 10 years ago from another gray market online retailer and the experience was good. As was very politely explained to me by a Watchmaxx Customer Service Representative; the primary difference between purchasing a watch from them versus a bricks & mortar retailer is that your recourse in the event of a required repair will be executed by Watchmaxx under their 2 Year Warranty as opposed directly via Tag Heuer. In my opinion given the cost savings offered by Watchmaxx and likely most other gray market online retailers, purchasing in this manner is an excellent value. I paid Watchmaxx approximately $ 1,295.00 for my Tag Heuer, the closest a local jewelry store offered was $ 1,725.00. For in my case a $ 400.00+ savings, I'll place my trust with Watchmaxx that they will be supportive if needed."
"UPS delivery was a complete joke. I paid $25 for next day delivery and received it 6 days later. UPS knocks on door and runs not giving recipient time to get to door and sign for package. Never again. Makes your company look bad. I’m addition the seller closes at 1:30 on fridays and no one answers inquiries to website or phone or email until Monday. So my Friday delivery failure was unaddressed till 3 days later. Then I got robot email telling me their policies. Both Watchmaxx and UPS have terrible customer service. If not for the watch being a good product I would have given them one star."
"Communication was great, price was awesome, shipping was way before the target delivery date, and the Movado is absolutely gorgeous! I genuinely couldn’t be happier. You folks run a tight ship! Thank you!"
