"Ordered a Panerai at a really great price -- the best deal I could find on the Internet. Placed my order at around 2 p.m. and chose overnight shipping. About two hours later I received the shipping notification with UPS tracking information. The watch was delivered the next morning. Packed extremely carefully: a box within a box. Inside the inner packaging was the watch box with all paperwork, manuals, and the WatchMaxx 2 year warranty. The watch itself is incredible. There's no question that it's brand new. Have not had the necessity to talk with customer service or warranty repair (and hopefully I won't ever have to) but at this point I would not hesitate to buy from WatchMaxx again."
