MY FIRST CITIZEN WATCH
"I'm very pleased with my Citizen "Corso", stainless steel watch with the metallic charcoal face. It arrived in good condition, and I had to sign for it, which is a good idea when shipping something like this.

"I'm very pleased with my WatchMaxx (WM) purchase experience. Before finding WM, I'd decided what I was shopping for, and what I wanted to pay. When buying online it's imperative the buyer perform due diligence on the seller, i.e. "buy" the seller before the watch. For WM, I reviewed feedback on Amazon, BBB and Reseller Ratings.
The watch was clearly described on WM's web site. I was able to buy a new watch for less than others were asking for used ones. Free shipping was by UPS 2nd Day. The watch I received was, in fact new, and obviously authentic. I own, or have owned several other Panerai's, so knew what to expect for boxes, books, stickers, etc. Everything supplied with this WM purchase was the same as if bought from an AD, except for the manufacturer's warranty. Each buyer has to balance the deeply discounted price against the security of the manufacturers warranty - two years, for Panerai.
I would buy from WM again."

Poor Response and poor shipping time
"Ordered as a birthday gift but was let down on the estimated delivery, when I was updated saying there was a delay I emailed them to note my dissatisfaction as the birthday was now going to be missed. The next estimated delivery day came and still no shipping, no reply to my email either so I called them and they confirmed it would be a further 3 days late, no apology. Disappointed with the service but the watch is as expected."
