Best online watch experience!
"By far the easiest and best experience I've had buying a watch online.
Checkout was a breeze and they shipped out maybe within 30 minutes of payment which is rather insane.
Ordered Thursday morning and it was here early Saturday morning, packaging was great, no issues at all.
And the item was actually in stock with no surprise delays like a certain other NY based website *cough cough*"

Broken Watch - Not new
"I was supposed to receive a brand new Tag Heuer Carrera Automatic. What I got was something damaged and used. From the moment I received, the watch constantly lost time, every day. I even bought a watch winder which this model should not need. I was bringing the watch to a local jeweler to resize the band when I noticed a loose screw floating in the bottom of the case. I had the jeweler send to Tag for a repair the ended up costing me an additional $550 above what i paid for the watch. I didn't even bother reaching out to Watchmaxx for this repair as I now had zero confidence in what they would do to it. I will never buy another product from them and I will caution anyone I meet who considers buying from them. Buyer beware!"

Excellent Price and Fast Delivery of My New Breitling Watch
"This is the first time I have ever purchased a luxury brand watch on-line and I admit I had some reservations, but after speaking to a Watchmaxx.com customer service representative, who was friendly and answered all of my questions, I placed my order. They shipped the wrong product and then charged restocking fee upon return
"I ordered a watch band for a 19mm Tag Heuer. Paid, and then they shipped flawlessly. IT arrived, and I said that the band was 20mm and had a different serial number on the clasp than then band that I ordered. They provided a RA number, and asked that I send them a photo.
I said I was willing to exchange for the correct band, or they could refund if they didn't have the band in the size I actually ordered. They just processed a refund and charged me for shipping and restocking fee. Poor practice given they sold me something I didn't order in the first place."

"I ordered a watch as a gift with another seller, but it fell through at the last minute (they claimed to have it in stock, but they were actually backlogged for months!). With less than a week to spare, I ordered another one from Watchmaxx.com and asked if they could somehow send it to me internationally ASAP. I was expecting it on Thursday, the last day before the event - got it on Tuesday, with plenty of time to inspect, approve and wrap. Thank you, Watchmaxx.com!"
