"I ordered a week ago and given that there was a holiday in-between I was told 3 different things by 3 different reps...each one telling me something that hasn't happened....first it was supposed to ship this day...the next...a different day and now this last lady said it was to ship sometime this week...it's frustrating to not be able to get a straight answer let alone 3 wrong answers...I won't be ordering from work boots.com again"

Will order again!
"When I ordered my boots, I received the confirmation email but no updates after. I called the company and after a long wait on hold, I was greeted by a very friendly representative who gave me the tracking number. I ordered on 3/11 and received them today 3/16. Good prices and quick shipping! Also, this style of boots could not be found anywhere else, which leads me to believe this might be a company who sells discontinued items."

I purchased 2 pairs of work books via online, in less than 2 weeks of wearing one of the pairs the inside lining one the boot has torn out. I contacted them to get a replacement pair and the response that i received was that they would have to send the boots back to the manufacturer to determine in the boots were defective, and if the manufacturer determined they were defective i would then receive either a credit or a replacement pair.
If i would of purchased the boots from a brick and mortar store, yes i would of paid more $$ and would of not had to wait 4 days before the boots even shipped and they would of replaced the boots or offered me a refund with out having to send them back to manufacturer to determine if they were defective.
They will take your $$$ but they won't stand behind that products they sell !! STAY AWAY!!!"

$50 for 2 day shipping, got it 10 days after ordering. This place ****
"Title pretty much says it all. Don't order if you need them quick, and don't bother with the huge upcharge for "expedited delivery" because they take FOREVER to even bother sending the boots.
Wrote them to ask what was taking so long, got a "service ticket" and promise to be contacted by the next day. They never even bothered to respond."

"Ordered my boots on Jan 8 and they haven’t shipped yet. Contacted customer service who told me they sent an email saying my boots were back ordered but I never received anything. Contacted again today for a refund, and I have a feeling I’m going to have to dispute the transaction with my bank. Run far away."
