I purchased 2 pairs of work books via online, in less than 2 weeks of wearing one of the pairs the inside lining one the boot has torn out. I contacted them to get a replacement pair and the response that i received was that they would have to send the boots back to the manufacturer to determine in the boots were defective, and if the manufacturer determined they were defective i would then receive either a credit or a replacement pair.
If i would of purchased the boots from a brick and mortar store, yes i would of paid more $$ and would of not had to wait 4 days before the boots even shipped and they would of replaced the boots or offered me a refund with out having to send them back to manufacturer to determine if they were defective.
They will take your $$$ but they won't stand behind that products they sell !! STAY AWAY!!!"

"Title pretty much says it all. Don't order if you need them quick, and don't bother with the huge upcharge for "expedited delivery" because they take FOREVER to even bother sending the boots.
Wrote them to ask what was taking so long, got a "service ticket" and promise to be contacted by the next day. They never even bothered to respond."
