$50 for 2 day shipping, got it 10 days after ordering. This place ****
"Title pretty much says it all. Don't order if you need them quick, and don't bother with the huge upcharge for "expedited delivery" because they take FOREVER to even bother sending the boots.
Wrote them to ask what was taking so long, got a "service ticket" and promise to be contacted by the next day. They never even bothered to respond."

Over a month after ordering, I can only say.... I'm STILL waiting for it...
"Fast Tech has good prices, but they really need another name. Fast they are surely not. An order placed on 2/22 is still not here yet, on 3/30. Oh well, I never order anything from them that I need soon."

Bait and Switch is the actual order of the day. Scam company from China.
"Gearbest offers items that they don't even stock, for less than it can be had anywhere else. When their supplier falls down on the order, they ask that you select another item, which will NOT be discounted, and you must pay any difference. If that doesn't make you happy, they offer you an in store credit.
This is bait and switch at its worst. We have LAWS against this kind of thing in America, but you have no such protection buying from China.

Edit: They propose a solution below, which is the exact same solution they have BEEN proposing. Wait until NEXT year to get the batteries I ordered, for the electronics I ordered as Christmas presents. So they sell me a BUNCH of electronics to give my friends and family, But I have no special size batteries to give them to USE the electronics, until MAYBE January. Thanks for messing up my Christmas, Gearworst! Sheesh... JUST SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR THAT YOU PROMISED I WOULD HAVE BY 12/6/15!
IF you press them very hard, they will finally offer you a refund. Great. Black Friday has come and gone, and NO WAY can I get the item I am looking for, at the prices it was available for everywhere.
Shipping times are HORRENDOUS as well. Best to AVOID this place, it is a bit of a scam.
They claim to offer a solution (below), but there is no solution offered. Same thing. Get a refund, store credit, or wait."

"I ordered a Panasonic P65VT50 on 1/10/13. Got the upsell call on 1/11/13. Negotiated a nice deal on the white glove shipping, which is actually very nice, but not faster. Just better service.
TV arrived on 1/26/13. AM trucking was very courteous and careful with my stuff, had me lay protection on the carpet so not to stain from dirt on box. Nice touch. They unwrapped it and plugged it in for me to show it worked.
NOW my rant. Look, if you want it really fast, go to Best Buy and pay the extra $1000 or so. At these prices, you have to be patient, and you WILL be happy, but don't go for the best price on the web and expect to have it tomorrow.It won't happen. I think I was on the long side of expected delivery at two weeks, most get it sooner.
I need more for another home I have. I will definitely order from these guys. I saved a bundle of money. The TV is AMAZING. Yes, they are a little short and curt on the phone, but at these prices, they're making it on volume so your one sale isn't their Christmas bonus, trust me. Get over yourself if you think you can pay Kmart prices and get Prada service. And the upsell call WILL happen, brace yourself. They're flexible but the profit from the upsell is part of the business model. You CAN say no. You will still get your great deal. Bottom line, I like these guys."

"I purchased an OCZ Vertex II SSD drive from them, and it failed shortly thereafter (AVOID OCZ). Their RMA procedure is for me to send it to them, they send it to OCZ, OCZ send a new drive to them, and then Directron sends it to me. 3 WEEKS! Nice. 3 weeks to boot an SSD drive. Skip the SSD, and shop elsewhere."
