"I recieved my Primo XL smoker just a few days after ordering. I had to pick it up at the truck terminal as a my street is cannot accomodate a tractor trailer. Not a big deal. I have yet to remove it from the box as I thought I would have more time to build my table. Hope to get it up and running by Father's Day."

"Ordered the Tucson 4 person sauna and received it in less than a week. Driver wheeled it into the garage. Everything intact and no damage. A buddy and myself set it up in 1 1/2 hours. Have not used it yet because of getting ready for my daughters wedding, but did heat it up and tried all the lights etc. Everything worked. The only negative was a lack of directions on adjusting the glass door. Ours rubbed on the bottom and it was not easy adjusting it up. We were worried about cracking the glass when we retightened the hinge screws. Over all... very happy."
