"Ordering through Yard and Pool was a fantastic experience. I am really surprised and pleased with my experience. I am surprised because my package was delivered next day. I am pleased because it was delivered with no added shipping charges and the pool alarm that I purchased was priced lower than any other store or website I visited. I will definitely visit them again when I need to shop for pool supplies.

"I was hesitant to make such a large $$$ purchase with a merchant I had never dealt with before. Research showed that they are a dependable and well respected vendor which was confirmed by this purchase I took a chance since they had the best price by far after an extensive online comparison.
I had only one communication with them regarding my purchase with a question on when my purchase would ship that was sent to them after hours. Their response time in returning my email early the very next day was dead on accurate and obviously reflected that they took the time to research and provide accurate information. Other merchants were showing this item as back ordered. My order was shipped only slightly longer than their posted estimate and at no fault of Yard and Pool.
I would not hesitate to purchase from this merchant again in the future. I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone else.
The product shipped directly from the factory in perfect condition due to the extremely careful packaging. I am an extremely happy customer and am looking forward to dealing with Yard and Pool in the future.
