"I was very pleased to learn I could order my favorite light bulb on line. I had search high and low for a light that was energy efficient, looked good in my fixtures and that came on immediately with a brilliant light. The order was handled with efficiency. If not, I would like to express my appreciation for your site. The GE Pink night light bulbs are almost impossible to find at either Target, Home Depot,Lowes etc.
These bulbs are easier on the eye than the white or clear so it is nice to have some handy. I plan to order some more in the near future and know the order will arrive in just a few days which is great.

"We ordered a couple dozen star-shaped light bulbs for our Sputnik light fixtures, and we were so happy with every part of the transaction. I thought the price was very reasonable -- I had done lots of online looking first, too. I had a tight deadline and they shipped really quickly. What stands out most, besides the speed, was how nice the guy on the phone was. It was so easy, and it was just really pleasant. Things never work that well for me, when it comes to online buying, so this was a godsend, esp. because I was trying to get ready for a big party and juggling a million things. I definitely recommend these people."

"Best pricing, and quick turn around on in-stock items. One problem, is when I check something out on the website, it will say in stock, but when I go to purchase, the story may be different, The promised date of future delivery is accurate however so if I am not needing something immediately it works out. A more transparent communication would be helpful. So, if am looking for something and you don't really have it in stock, but can get it within a reasonable period of time I would like to know that. Otherwise If I am in a hurry and am informed wrongly that you have it in stock, and you don't, I am likely to leave the site. All things considered howver, a good company to deal with and I will purchase again."

"When my order arrived I was disappointed to find that I had received 4 packs of replacement bulbs rather than the 4 strings of lights I had ordered. The Item numbers were identical except for the last number. I assumed the wrong items had been grabbed when filling the order.
I called eLightBulbs and spoke with a very nice, helpful woman. After explaining my problem, she agreed with me as to what probably happened. She immediately shipped me the correct order and told me to keep the replacement bulbs. I was happy to not have to repack and pay to return them.
It was such a pleasure to deal with a company that corrected their mistake and made it so easy for the customer. Thank you eLightBulbs. I will be using your coompany again."

"Ordered Christmas lights on Dec 9, 2010. One of the items in my order was wrong it took two calls to resolve it and get a replacement. Finally got replacement mid January. If your a Canadian customer beware the extra duties, taxes and additional charges from FedEx."
