"Best pricing, and quick turn around on in-stock items. One problem, is when I check something out on the website, it will say in stock, but when I go to purchase, the story may be different, The promised date of future delivery is accurate however so if I am not needing something immediately it works out. A more transparent communication would be helpful. So, if am looking for something and you don't really have it in stock, but can get it within a reasonable period of time I would like to know that. Otherwise If I am in a hurry and am informed wrongly that you have it in stock, and you don't, I am likely to leave the site. All things considered howver, a good company to deal with and I will purchase again."
