3 weeks of wrong product
"I orders a turntable stylus and received the replace needle instead. Easy mistake the part numbers are very similar. Now to get the right part. Well it's been 4 emails and 3 phone calls and I still don't have it. That is why it's a 1 star. It's been 3 weeks now going on 4 and they are still trying to figure it out. The one day I called and was told that cyberMonday is to close to deal with this. I'm sorry my order was well before cyber Monday. So far a bad experience.
Well after multiple emails and phone call and getting a third party involved I received my correct part jan 4. So 2 months after original order."
