"Oh, how I wish I had read reviews of this company previous to placing an order. Though the price was very good, and the item was listed in stock, it was never delivered. We ordered our electric fireplace unit in late November, 2017. I emailed them in late Dec. to check on the status. They never responded, and don't answer their phone. Finally, in mid-January we decided to cancel the order placed with Joe's AV and order it elsewhere. I waited at least 30 minutes to reach someone, explained I wanted to cancel, and was assured it should be no problem since the credit card had not been charged. One month later and my online account with Joe's AV still states that the order status is "processing". I have repeatedly sent emails reminding them that it has been canceled, but never get a response. This company is a SCAM. Even if you pay more, order elsewhere! Avoid this company!!"
AFTER 2 MONTHS WITHOUT DELIVERY, I CANCELLED AND THEY WONT REFUND MONEY
"THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, HOW ARE THERE SO MANY 5 STAR RATINGS ON THIS SITE YOU ASK??? BECAUSE 99% ARE FAKE. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. I ORDERED MY TV ON THE FIRST WEEK OF DEC. AND STILL NO DELIVERY AS OF 2/3 WHEN I CANCELLED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND.
I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO LUCK GETTING MY REFUND. I AM NOW GOING THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO PROCESS MY REFUND. THIS IS **LLSH**. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE "A" HOLES."
