Order never arrived
"After waiting for my order for a month, I contacted customers service and got a message saying "Hello, Unfortunately your item is currently on backorder. As of this moment, we do not have a specific date on when will we receive this item from the distributor.
Thank you!" The worst customer service ever. Would be nice to inform your customers that the item is backordered!"

It's been weeks - nothing has shipped
"My order still lists "Processing". I had to spend hours on the phone to give them the CVV number on my credit card because they didn't ask for it at check out. That was three weeks ago, and my order still shows "processing". Contacting them is a nightmare. Email might as well not exist, and phones have weird hours with exceptionally long wait times (>90 minutes). I'm trying to cancel my order, but may have to resort to blocking the card."

Never buy anything from them again, they are liar's and don't pickup the phone.
"It has been over 3 weeks since my order. I have yet to receive a tracking number. After 3 weeks I sent an Email asking when will my Tv be delivered. Their replay was. Give us a call. So I can be set on the phone for an hour to get an answer, I emailed them back why don't you call me. Never got an answer. They finally sent me an Email saying. Sorry, your Tv was damaged, and we don't have one in stock. So you wait until the day it was supposed to be delivered to tell me that."

Good Prices but the worst service I have ever experienced!
"I tried to buy a TV from these guys because it was such a great price. I received an email that told me I needed to call to verify my order. The email said the days and times that they would be open. needless to say, the info in the email was wrong as those are not the correct hours. I spend over 9 hours on the phone waiting to verify my order only to be told that the system was down and they could not, or I was hung up on because they closed before the email said that they closed. Each day I received an email telling me that I needed to call and verify but each day the system was down. I was even hung up on when I asked when they thought the system would be back up. I emailed them back and asked that they call me when the system was back up and they told me I needed to call them. This place is such a joke and there is no way I would ever think about buying from them again. Other more reliable places have the same price or better."

First Time buyer
"I won’t know until I receive my product but the prices are quite good. If you know exactly the model you want you can probably find it for less on this site than others that show unrealistic discounted list pricing. You should definitely use other sites for more detailed product comparisons. I used Kagoo for specific model comparisons."
