"I received my unit on February 3. The unit has never worked and I HAVE RECEIVED NO SUPPORT IN RESOLVING THE PROBLEM.I WILL BE CONTACTING THR BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILLING A COMPLAINT. I WANT A REFUND!!!"
