"The reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because after I completed my online purchase, I could find no where on the site telling me what to do next to download my product. I should have received a prompt advising me that I would receive an email from trinity, and how long it would be before I received that email. It did not arrive immediately after purchase."

"The only thing I sugest having software download purchases processed right away, and not wait over the weekend. I bought 3 licences of Norton Antivirus 2014 downloadable version on a Friday night, paid online with my credit card and had to wait until Monday to get the link by emal. I think by automating the process will make it a really awesome service. Big thanks."
