"I ordered a software one night, and the next day I received a call to confirm the order. So it turned out that I had made a mistake with the order and so I asked to cancel. The lady I spoke to was very nice and said it was no problem and that they would reverse the charge on the credit card. Within days, I saw the credit on my card. I would use them again because their prices are good and they were reasonable."
