"I got what I paid for, just had to wait much longer than I was hoping. Due to their fraud policies, actual downloads won't occur until they talk to you... for me about 24 hrs later. The point of buying "Download" software is to get it at least same day - they should keep to the "2 hour" estimate on their product pages."

"I was looking to try this NEW Windows 8.1. I had tried it somewhat before, but got easily discouraged by the way you had to maneuver around it. So I googled OEM windows 8.1 to see what kind of prices I could find. The price I found was unbeatable. So I purchased it. Then I googled the company that I purchased it from, and found some very negative things. I got worried I was going to get burnt! The following day, I received an email with the serial and download. Everything went without a hitch. I feel I made a very wise purchase."
