"I have spent a lot of time over the years looking for the best service and pricing for software. When I found Trinity Software Distribution my initial order, as with all 1st time purchases from web vendors, was based on price. I still compare pricing, but my loyalty to Trinity comes from excellent customer service. I have yet to find a product I want substantially cheaper from another vendor (if I do it is usually in the $1 to $3 range). When I do it is usually a company I've not heard of (so that adds 30 minutes to the process checking out a new company). I am very pleased with Trinity Software Distribution and I believe you will be also."

"The price of the software was great, ordered Windows 8 upgrade. Had a double blessing, for about $70 got Win 8, an upgrade to Pro, and then was able to update to 8.1.
Now, the install of the software had a hitch, it would only install at 32-bit not 64-bit. Did some run fit-it-myself run around, and then decided to call your Tech Support, the product was to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The Help Desk tech answered phone quickly, was very polite, and had the answer right at hand (no help desk script).
It issue was from MS side, to install 64-bit one has to download and burn the ISO install disk from a 64-Bit PC. Once I did, all is well and the laptop is fully updated and also see all of my installed RAM.
Would love to do business with you again.

"There was a minor problem with the first license that I purchased not being forwarded to my email. I initially tried to resolve it using their text messaging service, but while someone came on to greet me, they never responded to my inquiry or my several texts thereafter. Fortunately, their phone support was much more responsive."
