"I couldn't be happier with the customer service offered by Skiessentials/Pinnacle Ski & Sports. I got a great, low price on a pair of skis that I ordered, but realized after they arrived that I selected a pair of skis that were too short for me. After I emailed them to explain my mistake, they let me exchange my too-short skis for the right size, no hassles whatsoever. They shipped another pair of skis the day I emailed them, and those replacement skis arrived the next day. I had never bought skis online before, and I thought I might have some difficulty navigating the exchange with an outfit several states away. But there was no need to worry. They put a premium on my satisfaction. Gold stars for these guys!"
