"My experience at Pauls TV was great!!! I saw the tv commercial. Called up and spoke with Albert Jun who was very informative with explaining to me what a open box tv was and all the specials that came with that Samsung 8000 series. He helped me make my purchase and even guided my in using the sound bar after my tv was set up:) I will be sure to tell all of my friends to shop at Pauls first. Simply because the service was great and I got the help I needed.
The guys who set up the tv were nice too. However I thought they would've walked me through using my features and how the tv worked seeing how it's a new top of the line tv.
Albert did say that if I had any questions at all, don't hesitate to call and ask. So again... Albert was AMAZING and really made me feel good about my purchase.1"
