"We appreciated and used the opportunity to get free samples prior to ordering. Following receipt of the samples and making our decision we placed our order and within a day or two got confirmation of shipping with clear instructions on the entire process. Once we placed the order we were assigned someone from customer services as our advocate. We got one email, which we disregarded as all directions were clear--importantly we never heard again, which we appreciated as some vendors drive you nuts once they have your email address. Our floor tiles arrived in perfect shape and exactly like we were told would happen. The driver moved the tiles into our garage where we wanted them (so curbside delivery really seems to mean same level deliver and not we'll care the 29 boxes into your house). We could not be happier with the process and product so far. We will install the tile in about 3 weeks but we expect all to be as the first several boxes we opened."
