"I just wanted to drop a note to tell you guys how appreciative I am of your product and service. A year ago my son graduated from college and found a macbook pro on your site he wanted for a graduation present. He knew exactly what he wanted and it was available on the website. For a piece of "refurb equipment" I was a little nervous about paying that. But the Mac he wanted was far more expensive NEW that we felt we could pay at the time so... we did it. This was actually Jan 2012. WOW! what a nice laptop. It looked so much like new I have to say I was stunned. But it was the service and follow up that even more impressed me. Usedmacreseller went far beyond the extra mile upon asking for a additional request on the machine. I have told numerous people who are looking for a Mac they need to look here first. A year later we had another request regarding an older macbook. Dealing with MacAutority was a disaster. But the guys a usedmacresellers were a little different.
Not only did they take care of my request at an "over the top" value, they actually called me to see how everything was! REALLY??? I asked them if I go out and send them referrals could I get a commission. I am sure I could make a boat load with their value and service. Thanks guys!"
