MISLABELED PRODUCTS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YUP! THEY DON'T FIX MISTAKES!
"I don't think this company cares about their products or even their customers. They mislabeled products again! Labels says Sweet Basil the oil inside is Eucalyptus. Where is Quality Control here? You call the company and untrained customer service will pick up the phone (THEY REALLY DON'T CARE). They don't seem to be trained well to handle customers complain and yet they get paid because of consumers. I can't agree more with the people being frustrated with this company.
Customer service told me to overnight the wrong oil they sent me and then they will fix the problem! ARE YOU SERIOUS?"
