"Ordered 3 refrigerator filters on September 24th. My credit card was charged that day. To date, no filters.
Have called their voice mail three times, including today, which goes to voicemail each time (no wonder with the lack of service they provide). Have left two messages and gotten no response. Today left message I am having charges on my credit card reversed, and am also contacting Amazon, where I got their name, to remove them as an outside vendor. Will NEVER use this company again. Am wondering if they have closed their doors or if they are use a lousy company ."
