"I ordered briefs 12/12/18 and found that 4 packages were defective (no elastic in one of the legs). Allegro's first offer (Dawn) was for me to ship 3 of the 4 bags to McKesson at my cost. When I questioned this, I was asked to send photo proof of the defect, which I did. Then Patti indicated that the vendor agreed to a refund of 3 of the 4 packages. That was TWO months ago. I don't think I'll see my refund. I have switched suppliers to CareClub ."
