"My wife bought a laptop case from Shinza.com, and we paid $20.00 for 2 day shipping because we were going to be moving the following week (the item itself only cost $30!). We ordered on a Thursday, so we didn't expect the item to arrive until Tuesday of the following week (if they shipped on Friday as they should have). On Wednesday of the following week we received an e-mail that the item had shipped!!!??? It took an entire week to ship our item??!! We tried to contact the company, but they have no phone number, and they do not reply to their customer service e-mail address."
