"*updated*. After placing my review online, I was contacted within a day about my unfortunate experience by a managing representative. He apologized about the situation and informed me of new protocols and system improvements being put in place to ensure that in the future my orders would be monitored. I am pleased with the resolution to my issues, and already have placed a new order which should be on the way! I'm glad that this company cared enough to check reviews, you don't see that very often. We are usually statistics put in expected loss margins. Thank you backdrop outlet for your speedy resolution. *Smiles* BIG I am not new to backdrop outlet but. Customer Service Poor. I placed my order December 26, three weeks later I called to see if it had shipped, and was told that it would be shipped out Immediately. Two weeks later new call still not shipped, I then asked for a refund, no apologies offered :( I really wanted my items. We are now in week two of waiting on refund. They tell me another five business days should do it. Looking for a replacement to buy studio stuff....any suggestions?"
