"I was extremely pleased with AVA Direct. They give the most customization options for your computer out of all the other laptop builders I looked through, and they don't nickle and dime on the small stuff like other builders (I even got my leftover thermal paste!) Customer service was good, and kept me in the loop when the case for my original order got recalled.
I will buy my next laptop through them."
