"DO NOT EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM PANASONIC'S WEBSITE!! All I ordered was a 100 dollar Blu-ray player. The player was shipped in its actual product box - NOT a shipping box - it was all damaged and box was even opened. Sure enough the DVD tray would not open. After several calls to tech support so they could try to fix it over the phone - which they could not do. They finally said to return the product. If only it could be that easy!! It took 3 weeks of calls to beg for a RMA to return the player. I finally returned the player. It has now been 2 months and 8 phone calls to their customer service and still no refund to my account. Today, the person I was talking to said there is NO records of my previous phone calls!! This is the absolute worse online purchase I have ever made, and I have made plenty! Do yourself a favor and order from the great online companies like Amazon!! PANASONIC YOU ARE A JOKE, AND SHOULD BE OUT OF THE ONLINE BUSINESS AS YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!"
