"As others have mentioned, there have been numerous issues with this company over the past few months. I've ordered from them for years but have never seen such a drastic drop-off in customer service. Back in February 2017 there was supposedly a warehouse software system upgrade that caused them to drop off the face of the planet yet the website continued to allow orders to be placed. At that time, I left countless customer service emails asking for the status and ultimately asking to cancel the order. I tried the phone and could never get a hold of someone or it would be busy. I finally had to file a chargeback with my credit card company and still had the order arrive about 8 weeks later. I refused the order and did get my money back including the upgraded shipping that I had paid for. Fast forward to May 2017 and I get an apology email and a $50 gift card for my troubles. I was naive to think that I'd give them a second chance but did it anyway as I wanted to get some sticks for Father's Day. It has been 8 days and my order still shows processing. History is definitely repeating itself. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company until they get their act together and/or we can confirm whether or not they are going bankrupt. The fact that they are charging before shipping seems suspicious and likely a ponzi-like scheme to generate a final push of revenue before they throw in the towel. I feel sorry for all the Dad's that are likely getting gift cards to CI for Father's Day as they will likely never get the value back out of them."
