"On December 31, 2008, I ordered a vacuum from these guys through Amazon.com. I immediately received an e-mail confirmation from Amazon, but by Amazon's estimated ship date - January 2 - I had not heard anything from Allergy Be Gone. I sent an email through allergybegone.com requesting tracking info.
I received no response to my first e-mail, so on January 5, I sent them a similar e-mail through Amazon. This time, I received a response within an hour saying only "We will email tracking info shortly. Sorry for the delay" The next day when I still hadn't received tracking info, I replied to that e-mail, telling them I was still waiting for info. January 9th, Amazon's estimated date of when I should receive the vacuum came and went and I heard and received nothing. Now, January 13th, I have cancelled the order through Amazon and have yet to hear anything from Allergy Be Gone."
