"I ordered a rug from this company and they emailed me back saying that it is on back order for 4 weeks. I wanted to make sure they it will be no later than 4 weeks so i gave them a call. After waiting for 40 minutes somebody finally picked up the phone and said that it will not be shipped till October 15th. Since i needed the rug sooner I asked them to cancel the order. I didn't hear back anything to confirm the order has been cancelled nor did I see it in the credit card transactions. I called in again where the rep started talking bad about the other rep who did not cancel the order and then he started hitting on me and asking me personal questions. This completely creeped me out. I ended the conversation in a firm tone asking for my money to be refunded and that I am not interested in having any other extra conversation. I checked in with my credit card company and they had still not refunded the money back. I have put in a dispute now and have asked the credit card company to resolve this. I am so done with them that I don't even want to give a call back and talk to their creepy sales reps. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. The most unprofessional company where they are out there to take your money and harass the hell out of you."
