Poor at replying to emails
"I used their services and quite often they would not reply to my emails, even though I was quite happy with the product, they were not prompt with any hep I required.
Upon needing to use their services again, I found they made it not so easy to work with them.
I have actually gone elsewhere instead of using them as other companies can be cheaper as well."

Great service very happy
"I only needed to purchase some products from this company 1 time and was very happy with the service I was given, all my emails were replied to, I needed to call them as well and the woman who spoke with me was very good indeed.
The delivery was fast and efficient, and the products was good as expected.
If I need to use them again then I will."

Great product and nice price
"I have made repeat orders with this company and I have been happy with the products, the prices are very good and delivery time okay.
One staff member was able source products that they did not show on their site and this showed that they thought outside the box, they replied to most of my emails, some companies in Asia do not reply all the time like in Europe.
My main gripe is they do not take credit card payment, this in turn incurred a bank transfer fee each time I paid for an order, not 100% happy with that and they are only contactable by email and not phone but I would still buy again as they do the job well in the end.
All in all not a bad company."

Great company
"I have used these guys many times, they used to sell through amazon, but then moved just to their site, only one order never came to me, but these guys sent another order with more labels inside the package as compensation.
In the end though, I used a courier service instead of US mail as this had a tracking code and delivery was assured, there was an extra cost, but I was happy to pay.
At times I would call the company and a guy named Zach was very helpful with my orders.
I never had the need to use other hologram label companies as this company was very good.
All in all this company does a great job and their customer service is second to none."

Lost money
"I had some difficulty in opening paypal, so after searching the internet for an alternative I found moneybookers and opened an account with them.
Initially everything went okay, I took some payments and I was quite happy. The only problem was that many potential payers did not understand moneybookers or had difficulties opening an account with them so I never really managed to be totally happy with them as a paypal alternative.
The after many months, moneybookers decided to request further documents, they now wanted another proof of address from me, this was now a problem as I had moved address since I opened an account with them.
Moneybookers then froze my account, and took my $350 I had in the account, I could not provide them with a utility bill or bank statement of the past address.
I emailed them to try and get my money back, but they would not accept my dilemma, so I could not use them any more and lost the money.
I am in the belief that this is how many companies work now, they try and ask for further documents that they could have asked in the first place, in that way they can take money for nothing.
Now I an very skeptical with these sort of companies and it leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth."
