Customer service was really responsive and helpful
"I have ordered from them several times in the past year, and remembered seeing this page (and being wary) before my first ever order, so I wanted to come back and add my two cents. My experience was really smooth and easy. I bought gold items and they looked/felt way better than I expected given the low price. I don't like talking on the phone, but I used their live chat to ask some questions (since I was nervous before ordering gold) and the rep was super responsive and helpful. She told me they have an extended return policy on gold and even gave me her email to reach out in case I had an issue. I always paid with a credit card and never had issues."
