"I am very impressed with this store. I am a frequent visitor to various computer forums and found out about Monarch via www.ocforums.com and www.anandtech.com. I had originally pre-ordered a AMD Rev E Venice 3200 from NCIX but shipping was not to occur until mid-may. I was informed by several members on the forums, that Monarch would have these chips by the end of April! Wow... I quickly canceled my order w/ NCIX and ordered a San Diego (3700+ Rev E AMD processor) through Monarch. I then ran into Monarch Joe on the anandtech forums (a rep from monarch). He stated he would upgrade the shipping on the new Rev E chips free of charge. I contacted Joe and everything went smoothly. My shipment was upgraded to FedEx International shipping (normally USPS). The difference in price is over 20US and Joe threw it in free of charge. I can't say enough good things about Monarch and their customer service. My chip was shipped out today (a full week ahead of the date listed on their website)!! Needless to say, I am one happy customer and will definately be coming back to Monarch in the future.
