Spoke to Dell support, they said to ring a number. Rang that number, was put through to two different people. Advice was to call a different number. A man answered, who said I had come through to HP support, and I had pressed the wrong number on the IVR (there was no IVR). Advised me to send them an email. I had a response the next day, then nothing for two days."
