Great Camera Shopping Experience, Thanks!
"I was shopping for the best camera for international travels. Found one I liked, and low and behold, Abes had it on sale. I am excited to see how it works for our next adventures. The next day I received a follow up call, informing me the camera I ordered on sale was an international model which did not include needed standard items. The rep was presented me with the benefits of buying the American model, that although not on sale, did include Sony accessories specific to this model, like Sony neck strap, battery, charger, etc. He also suggested a few extra options I hadn't considered, like lens 3-filter kit, cary case, and 3 yr warranty coverage ... all with FedEx delivery in 2 days included. It was worth it to me with the expensive price of the camera to include these additional recommended items. I really appreciated the support and suggestions that will meet our travel needs for years to come. The camera and accessories were delivered as promised and I am pleased with the camera and how easy it is to use. Which was the basis for selecting this camera model, to replace all the Nikon DSLR gear I used to carry around. I highly recommend Abes of Maine for your next camera purchase, just make sure to ask for the American version to get the OEM accessories."
