"Ordered the Skyrim-score in February - seven months ago! - and payed immediately via Paypal. I waited six weeks and then contacted their support Center to ask how long it would take to get the CDs. After my third inquiry somebody wrote me, that it will take longer due to manufacturer´s delays.
And that was the only lifesign I got from the company. They ignored all my later inquiries. In the meantime I also wrote the Better Business Bureau: They also made an inquiry at DirectSong - without any response.
Regarding all the bad experiences people made with Directsong I´m wondering, if there isn´t a way for all those people to get their money back or to cause some serious trouble for the company. Has somebody considered to contact the police, where Directsong is based? Or would that be pointless?"
