The worst experience buying furniture ever!
"The worst experience buying furniture ever! We ordered a bed form them, took 3 weeks! When it came in it was missing all the hardware to put it together and they said they can't ship out the hardware separately and there is no replacement beds available so now we have to return the bed! And when returning anything they will NOT refund the money until the shipping company picks up the furniture and then it gets transferred to their truck which takes ANOTHER WEEK! and then they can start the process of refunding the money for another 2-3 days! Horrible customer service! This could all have been avoided if they just sent the hardware out! Horrible experience!"
