Not responsible store
"I prefer to buy expensive items from the manufacturer's website or from trusted stores. But probably a good discount caught my attention and now I have a problem. I have been fond of fishing for a long time and decided to buy myself a good wader. I chose Simms g3. I have never bought in this store, but after looking some customer reviews I was sure that everything would be fine. I quickly got the waders and my happiness had no limits. But after two minutes I suspected that something was wrong. The original box was missing and there was no a hip belt. The wader looked new. I didn’t put it on and immediately started looking for the store's phone number to find out what was going on, but there was no phone. There is only an email address of customer sevice. I found the address of the warehouse from I got it, and googled a phone number. Of course, no one could answer me right away and a person asked me my phone number and said that they will call me later. Today is the fourth day gone, but no one called. I received an e-mail the next day where was wrote that Simms was not selling a G3 ($ 549) wader with a box and a belt. I was offered to buy a belt separately for $ 26. I contacted Simms and received a confirmation that Simms does sell all waders in a box and with a hip belt. Simms offered me to send a hip belt for free. I decided to return the wader because I suppose that this store either sells non-original goods, or these waders were returned by another buyer withot a box and a hip belt or store makes extra money by seling belts separetly. I made a request for a refund, as without it is impossible to return, and received another response that the waders are not selling in a box and with a belt. I answered and added a letter from Simms. I am still waiting for a response. I wrote on Friday afternoon (12/4/20), probably the customer service does not work on weekdays. I specifically ordered another of the same waders but in a different size in the same store to prove that they are sold with a box and a hip belt. I don't know for what reason to say otherwise. I wrote this feedback so that future buyers might avoid such problems as me. Still have not recived the answer where to return the wader."
