THEY LIED
"So I was placing my order and was paying with Amazon pay. I review and it had my shipping address but when I processed my order it had my mother's address. I then contacted customer support was told the address change was good to go, only to find out three days later that no the order was still shipped to my mother. So I contacted customer support once again about this mistake I was told they can't guarantee shipping because the orders are processed for shipping when placed. I guess it all happens at the speed of light. I am actually on with one of the reps now in a chat session about this issue and she has just stopped talking to me all together. I use to love 123inkjets but when it comes to lying I just can not put up with that in a business I give my hard earned money to. So sorry 123inkjets no more of my business for you."
