"After ordering two software items, I received an acknowledgement via email. The next day, my credit card was billed. After several days, I called and found that one item was out of stock and due in within one week. Subsequently, I received no further contact from the company.
After nearly two weeks, I emailed Software Outlet and advised they had three days to process my order. Still no response.
I've now emailed and called and left a message to cancel my order. I will dispute the charges if funds are not credited back to me within three business days.
SoftwareOutlet.com do not communicate and think nothing of using customer or credit card companies funds for short term gain without delivering product(s).
