"We purchased two mini refrigerators from US Appliance and when they arrived we had a bit of a nightmare on our hands. The dimensions that were listed on the website were incorrect and therefore would not work with the custom cabinets on order. I contacted customer service and they were quick to 1) update the website so it did not become a problem for someone else, and 2) lay out my options for me. The thought of returning the items wasn't appealing because the units were exactly what we were looking for and it would cost us money in the end. Luckily there was still time to modify our cabinet dimensions. That option, too, would cost us money, but it seemed like the best solution for everyone. US Appliance even stepped up to help us cover some of the cost of the change order. What started out as a nightmare concluded with super happy customers. We love the refrigerators and are happy to show them off, but most of all we appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Tammi Kopel. We could not be more impressed with her. She was calm, cool and collected while I was likely losing my mind on the other end of the phone and/or email."
