"I ordered 2 CDs for my daughter. We received one, but not the other. I contacted the company and did receive word back that the item was back ordered. The long and short of it is we never did receive the second CD, nor was our money refunded. I wonder if they make extra money this way. It is not a huge amount of money. $16, but I have never experienced such horrible customer service before. Not that they were rude or insulting. But just ignoring the issue and keeping your money. I will not order here again."
