"Today I visited the website looking to purchase an eye treatment for mature skin that did not contain retinol or any product like it. Cost was no object. Overwhelmed by the vast product selection I clicked on the online chat function hoping for a recommendation. I entered my query and got back a message that someone would be with me within 5 minutes. Fine. After close to 15 minutes an online customer service person came on and sent a message asking if I was still there. I tried to type "Yes"...but there was no place to type a response. There was no open space. There was no link. There was no way to have an online conversation. And so, I went to Sephora's website, the very last place I wanted to go. And just now I've learned that Dermstore is owned by Target, a company I'd want to shop less than shop Sephora! Never, ever again."
