Next day doesn't mean Next Day
"IMPORTANT FYI: ME: "Hello - The order WEBN00XXXXX was last night and I was told it would be next day delivery. This is not the case. I would like a refund please... CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE (a bunch of red tape that was mis advertised): "Good Afternoon, This order was placed last night at 9:15PM. Orders ship same day when placed before 3PM Central time. FedEx and other carriers do run during business hours, and there is no possible way this would have shipped after 9:15PM last night. This is shipping next day air as you requested. We will not be refunding the next day air as we are shipping it next day air. You can see our shipping information here: .... Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance." " ME: "If it’s “next day air” then I should receive it Saturday and not Monday correct? This is misleading.
