"This store has got to have the WORST Customer service EVER! They also have shady policy regarding their Petticoat dresses and its specifically because the sizes are WRONG and they know it. Everything you send back, even when its THEIR mistake is charged a restocking fee EVEN WHEN YOUR YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE! Don't bother trying to call either cause No one ever answers the phone and their answering machine is full so you can't leave messages. I called for 3 weeks and this was the deal everytime.Also I have sent over 4 emails, they NEVER responded! The material on some of their pin-up dresses (unfortunately I bought several at once) is CHEAP and can go for up to $150.its not worth more than $20.The Petticoat dresses run ENORMOUS and the pin-up dresses, same Size was almost too small. I'm a 4 and these dresses were an 8 based on their online chart. Go to Uniquevintage.com or StopStaring.com for these types of dresses.Stop staring dress tend to have size issues based on the different materials but they are awesome as far as Customer service, sam goes for Unique Vintage. Starlets and Harlots should just give it up!"

"I have bought MANY things from this store ONLINE and in person in Los Angeles. The customer service on the Phone was wonderful as it was in the store. I had some size issues with their dresses because I am a Small in some of their dresses and a Medium in others and I am quite small in size so this is a bit weird. In any event, they called me back immediately and took care of the situation without missing a beat. I will buy from them forever"
