"This was handsdown one of the WORST experiences I have ever experienced with a company. I ordered mugs for my boss to give out to customers and after paying over $500, we received chipped, incorrectly printed, discolored mugs. After over 6 days trying to get this issue resolved, over 7 phone calls with no answer, daily emails trying to get in contact with someone with absolutely NO RESPONSE. We are still waiting to see what could be done. Horrible experience."
