"I was very impressed. I had bought a phone cover from RapidBuyr, then later realized I had made a mistake and it was for a different brand of phone than I have. I sent an email to RapidBuyr asking if I could cancel the order and get a refund. Within minutes I received a reply that they had cancelled the order - NO problem! It was that easy! It really made me feel confident about buying through RapidBuyr in the future, knowing that they have such great customer service and such a friendly refund policy."
