"I received what I thought was my order but when I opened the package, instead of the 4 tops and 1 jeans I ordered the package contained 2 size 4P jeans - not my size! I called customer service immediately and was told they would have to investigate and someone would call back in 5-7 days. They told me not to return the wrong items until someone contacted me. After further thought on the matter I decided to send a followup email. No response to the email after two days, so I called customer service again. I was told that I had to return the wrong items before they would issue a refund even thought this is in no way my fault. Yes, my credit card was charge $263.80! I have none of my order and who knows how long it will take to get my money back. Is this company a fraud, running a scam?????"
